My background in community development, coupled with years in sales and marketing, has equipped me with a deep understanding of people and their diverse needs. I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of learning and collaboration, inspiring me to create dynamic and engaging training experiences.

What happens after I receive my facilitator certificate?

Once you have completed your facilitator training and received your certificate from an accredited institution, the next step is to register yourself with the relevant SETA. Registration with the relevant SETA gives you legitimate accreditation within your industry of expertise. Giving you more access to more training and facilitation opportunities.

What is the difference between a facilitator, trainer & consultant?

Facilitators use tools and processes to help all voices be heard and to support groups to decide what action they can take. Trainers deliver content so that you get the knowledge, skills and behaviors so need. Consultants give advice and recommendations so that groups achieve results.
